The Outdoor Icon Show Coming to Television
Popular Radio Show to be Broadcast on Fox 17/62 on Sundays

JUNE 27, 2007 (YOUNGSTOWN, OH.) – The Outdoor Icon radio show, broadcast on News radio 570 WKBN, is making its way to television.  Starting this Sunday, July 1st, the hit talk show will be broadcast on Fox 17/62, an affiliate of WKBN. The show will air from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.

On the air since November of 2003, The Outdoor Icon Show features outdoor enthusiasts Rob Palowitz and Denny Malloy as the shows main hosts.  The show educates listeners on everything from wildlife management and conservation, to wild game cooking and weather related outdoor forecasts. The show is well known for its celebrity guests who share their personal hunting and fishing experiences in a way that is entertaining as well as educational. 

“The radio show has been such a huge success because of the type of guests we’ve been able to attract,” says Palowitz, who has been involved in the outdoors for almost 30 years. “Now, with our TV show, our fans will be able to see for themselves a lot of the things we’ve been talking about.  In addition to hearing about conservation news, experiences and outdoor tips, they can see it first hand.”
