Who We Are

Rob Palowitz
Let’s be honest. There are two types of marketing firms out there: The blind doers who always play it safe, and the creative visionaries who the doers wish they could be.

PALO has never been the agency that does “just enough.” While the other agencies stick to their routines to give you exactly what your competitors are doing, we break down the formula and redefine the established order for a creative direction that blows your competition away.

We’re the roller coaster to their teacups – while they spin you around endlessly in no sensible direction, we get you from Point A to Point B with the kind of adrenaline-infused marketing that thrills you and leaves you breathless.

As your agency, you get more than just our skills. You get idea-generators, thought-leaders, and the kind of marketing tacticians that are bred through years of experience. You get creative that inspires action, strategy that gets results, and 24/7 access to insight and expertise that gives you an edge over your competition. Make us your agency and see how in-depth we get immersing ourselves in your business.

That’s how we roll … thick or thin we’re there for you.

The Team

We’re the background people of the marketing agency – the artists, designers, videographers, social media marketing gurus, digital strategists, and writers who are easy to get along with and happy to work with you. Your personal workshop of marketing elves who are always thinking, always planning, always keeping an eye on the market .. and we’ll Always Be Cobbling.

President/CEO

What do you do all day?
I spend a better part of the day communicating with clients via email, phone and texting. It is such a daunting task to keep current with my inbox and vast of array of ways to get a hold of me. After that, I’m in meetings, I’m thinking, then working on strategy and proposals for new and existing clients. I constantly research and evaluate how we can be and do better here at PALO. I look outside this area to see how we measure up in comparison to larger agencies. I like to provide vision to the team to think outside the box with positive reinforcement. Think BIG and encourage my team to be experts with what they are responsible to provide in solutions to our clients.

How do you stay sane?
With all the fun things I like to do with my family and friends like golfing, fishing, hunting, gatherings and fussing around in my workshop, I immerse myself in the moment. I do have a little condition called, “FOMO.” It stands for, “Fear Of Missing Out” syndrome. I like to make sure I’m kept in the loop with people’s plans, just in case I want to partake! A little socializing and laughter go a long with managing stress and anxiety.

What inspires you?
Somewhat of a short answer, being a successful husband, dad, entrepreneur, businessman and solid human being is what inspires me. Providing a place where I can watch something grow and flourish while helping others is inspirational. I also take pride with being the best parent I can be guiding my kids into the right direction. Seeing how our influences and guidance can give them a solid foundation to grow into unbelievably well rounded individuals, that too, is inspiring to me.

Mad Skillz

Life At PALO

Time at the office isn’t all play, but it isn’t all work. It’s some strange, cool, inspiring kind of living that’s a mish-mash of both, balancing effort and achievement with the diversions that keep our imaginations sharp. We are each other’s loudest fans, harshest critics, and biggest inspirations.

We’ve celebrated milestones professionally and personally, and motivated one another to continue moving forward … but we’re not above giving each other a little bit of grief when warranted. It can be relentless, but it’s for our own good!
