As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be the key link between clients and our marketing team, ensuring seamless communication and project execution. From managing client inquiries to overseeing marketing initiatives, you’ll help deliver impactful solutions that drive business growth.

Your Impact

  • Client Relationship Management: You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, building trust and providing strategic marketing guidance to ensure their goals are met. Your ability to communicate effectively and foster strong relationships will be key to driving long-term success.
  • Strategic Marketing Execution: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop customized marketing strategies that align with their business objectives. You’ll ensure marketing campaigns are well-planned, executed on time, and delivering measurable results.
  • Project & Campaign Oversight: Lead and manage marketing initiatives from start to finish. This includes securing client approvals, ensuring deadlines are met, and maintaining high-quality deliverables that align with strategic goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:Compile and analyze key marketing performance metrics, including campaign results, website traffic, and ad effectiveness. Use insights to refine strategies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-Team Coordination: Work closely with account managers, designers, copywriters, and digital strategists to ensure all aspects of a campaign are aligned. Your role will be essential in keeping projects organized and moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing clear communication, proactive support, and strategic guidance.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and calls, preparing all necessary materials such as agendas, reports, and follow-up communications.
  • Develop campaign forecasts and ROI projections to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Oversee and manage multiple marketing projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.
  • Review and provide feedback on marketing materials, including website content, ad copy, design assets, and media plans, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing strategies across digital channels, including social media, email marketing, paid advertising, and SEO.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and support new business initiatives.
  • Ensure all work adheres to agency processes and financial policies, maintaining accuracy and efficiency in project execution.

Desired Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or advertising, ideally in an agency setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with experience in marketing platforms such as Google Analytics, HubSpot or WordPress being a plus.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, best practices, and digital strategies to bring innovative solutions to clients.
