We are searching for a HubSpot Specialist to join our team and take ownership of our clients’ HubSpot portals—ensuring seamless CRM management, automation, and reporting that supports their marketing, content, AI and sales goals.
Join Our Team as a Hubspot Specialist
The HubSpot Specialist will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and executing HubSpot-related initiatives for our clients. This includes configuring and maintaining CRM and marketing hubs, building workflows, automating campaigns, integrating platforms, and providing reporting insights. You will serve as the go-to expert for HubSpot strategy, implementation, and troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize client HubSpot accounts across Marketing, Sales, Content, Data and Service Hubs.
- Build and maintain workflows, sequences, email campaigns, forms, and landing pages.
- Set up and manage lead scoring, segmentation, and nurturing programs.
- Ensure data integrity, including list management, deduplication, and database hygiene.
- Integrate HubSpot with other platforms (e.g., websites, social tools, CRMs, analytics tools).
- Create custom dashboards and generate performance reports for clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with account managers and strategists to align HubSpot initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Provide training and support to clients and internal team members on HubSpot best practices.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot product updates and recommend new features or optimizations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Content (CMS) and/or ServiceHub.
- HubSpot certifications (Inbound Marketing, HubSpot Marketing Software, etc.) absolute must and necessary.
- 2+ years of experience in a marketing automation or CRM role (agency experience a plus).
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing, lead generation, and customer lifecycle management.
- Experience with reporting and data analytics.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
