The Right People in the Right Seats

When Rob returned from a weekend vacation to an empty office in March of 2020, we didn’t know the whirlwind that would take place over the next year. And with many businesses struggling to overcome the challenges of the pandemic, it makes us even more proud of what we’ve accomplished when facing adversity once again. We have been through a lot over the 22 years thus far: Y2K, 9/11, 2008 recession, and now a 2019-2021 global pandemic.

Sure, we were working remotely for a while (with some of us still working remotely), but one thing stayed consistent – our passion for finding creative ways to market our clients and showing value for what we do.

Through everything, Rob was focused on three things: continually serving our clients, finding new clients and making sure our team stayed intact. Fast forward a year and we are not only mostly back in the office, but our team has grown with the addition of seven team members.

“It’s about getting the right people in the right seats.  I believe we have that now and can progress with everyone being on board to growing the right way.”

For the first time in a long time, we all had lunch together. And the laughs and smiles we shared reminded us of the “why” of what we do. There’s nothing more fulfilling than making an impact for our clients. And even better, doing it together as a team.

So, as we enter this next chapter, we’re looking forward to growing and adding even more clients to the journey. Because if we’ve learned anything over the past year, it’s that we’re better together when it comes to collaborating and interacting as a team. And creativity feeds off that collaboration. Welcome back.
